Can my order be split over many files?

No, You can not split an order. For example, if you order 1000 business cards you can not print 2 x 500 using 2 designs of separate names. Each quantity is per 1 design only. If you have multiple files, please add each file to your cart as a separate item in your cart.


How many files can I upload for my order?

You can upload as many files as required for the job.


I would like to pick up my order. Where are you located?

We offer pick up at our production facility located in Mississauga Ontario.


Where do I upload my files?

Files can be uploaded directly on the product pages. This page will not proceed until you have made a design or uploaded your file. If you have a problem proceeding you can contact us at 905 - 829 - 8900


What DPI should I set my file at?

300 DPI of the actual physical size of the product image. So, as an example, if the image on your print job is 4" x 8", it should be 4" x 8" at 300 DPI. Most of our customers send us 300 DPI and are very happy with the quality. 72 dpi images, are internet quality - and do not look good. If you are concerned about the quality of your image / file, check the "PLEASE LOOK AT MY FILE QUALITY" button and we will confirm if it is good reproduction quality to proceed.


Do I need bleeds? / What are bleeds?

Bleeds are required when colour is extended beyond where your print job trims. So if 3 sides of your print job have colours running "off the page" then you have to add bleeds to those 3 sides. Generally bleeds are no more (and no less) than 1/8" beyond the trim.


Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Orders can be cancelled before your proof is approved. Once approved the order is instantly put into production and cannot be cancelled as it has entered scheduling instantly.


I did not use my coupon code on my order. Can it be used after my order is placed?

Unfortunately, no. Coupon codes can only be used at the time of the order. They cannot be deducted after the order has been placed.


My order is complex and I can't calculate it using the online system. What should I do?

Simply write all your specifications in our "Quote for Me page" or call 905 - 829 - 8900 and our estimation department will be more than happy to take care of this for you!


Do you print orders for Print Brokers / Print Resellers?

We print for the trade and provide wholesale pricing for volume accounts. Call Steve at 905 - 829 - 8900 to set up account and get Shop Digital Edge special pricing.


Do you offer proofs / samples?

Due to privacy concerns, we do not send out samples of other customers work. However, there are 2 proofing options available to you on the product pages.

1. Email a PDF proof. For this option, we will create a PDF of the document you upload and email it to you for a approval. We recommend this option when uploading files such as Microsoft Word documents. However, it is not needed if uploading PDF files.

2. Mail a printed proof. For this option, we will print 1 copy of you file and send it to you for approval.

With either option, we will not print your order until receive approval of the proof via email.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders ship within 4 business days. Shipping time will then take another 1- 4 business days depending on your location. We can often take care of your orders with a deadline. We can adjust our production time and/or use express shipping to meet a customers requirements. If you have a deadline for your order, you must make note of that at check out. If we cannot meet your deadline, we will contact you right away.

Call us at 905 - 829 - 8900 BEFORE processing your order and talk to one of our Customer Service staff to confirm that we can process your rush order.

Note:

1. Orders with files that require file work and orders that require finishing, such as binding or folding can take longer to ship.

2. Express shipping will be at an additional charge.
